Review of Breakfast with Curtis (2013) by Denise S — 17 Feb 2015

First of all be aware, there isn't a tremendous amount of substance here, but that doesn't really detract from the beauty of the film. The characters are interesting, and for novices, it is very well acted.

The film captures summer and a lifestyle of characters that is a reflection of summer. Theo Green plays Syd. Theo is an artist is real life and pulls off acting with great panache and style. The characters are charming, the photography is good, even compelling.

I enjoyed this film thoroughly and am not even sure why, but that's OK.
