I loved the book and really loved the movie, too. patrick mccabe's novels seem to do well in the hands of neil jordan. cillian murphy is charming and ebullient as kitten navigates some dark personal and political times.
and the supporting cast -- liam neeson and stephen rea in particular -- is terrific as well.
