Review of Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) by Courtney T — 27 Feb 2012
An unexpectedly depressing movie. Audrey Hepburn looked pretty but her character was so hard to like. In fact, all the characters were hard to like, especially that Asian character played by Mickey Rooney.
How was that acceptable, even in the 60s? Anyway, I would have been happy if there were more Tiffanys, less Holly. Too bad the emotional depth of the movie would not match the amazing song, Moon River.
