Review of Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) by Nisha K — 05 Oct 2011
Maybe I don't do quality. Well, at the least, I didn't like this movie all that much. Sure, it grew on me by the end so I 'like' it, but nothing more than that.
To be honest, the scenes were well-shot and I liked the theme. But somehow, I never really grew to form an attachment with Ms. Hepburn's character - which is clearly contrary to EVERY good review about this movie.
I did enjoy the historical/modern feel about the movie (since it was taken the the 60s) and the subtle melodrama thrown in.
