It is an intense movie that can suck you in and get you excited without using any explosions, fights or typical action scenes. The characters had a lot of depth and personality and each of the main three characters did a great job of gradually changing as they move through the plot.

The story felt very believable; it had some interesting surprises. It unfolds in a way that keeps you wondering who is lying and what is real. The cast was very good, Chris Cooper in particular is excellent with his complex character.

Laura Linney and Ryan Phillippe really fit their roles and really capture your attention.
