How could a guy betray his country for so long? For the money and thrill of being the most sought after spy in U.S. history. While the supporting cast doesn't deliver as you would hope, Chris Cooper is brilliant as usual and delivers all the eerie traits of the perpetrator as well as one would expect.
I give it a solid 80% rating on the tomatometer.
