Braveheart, a film that singlehandedly brought back the historical epic back into Hollywood and of the few to attempt to show Scottish history in any light. A hell of a lot of people like to focus on the historical inaccuracies in this film for some reason yet Macbeth and Gladiator are no more authentic.
This is a stirring, gritty, well directed amalgamation of Scottish Myth and History.
