Review of Brave (2012) by Hoffy — 22 Jun 2012
While it may not be Pixar's best, "Brave" sets a courageous journey into the relationships between mother, daughter, expectations and aspirations. With a delightful visuals, an inspiring soundtrack and a loveable protagonist, "Brave" encapsulates that Pixar magic, and everything they achieve so well.
Just don't expect it to match the grand adventure of "Tangled" or "How To Train Your Dragon" - it is perhaps an adventure for the child in us, rather than our children.
