This movie looks wonderful. Unfortunately, that is all it has going for it. Ultimately, Brave is an empty experience. The problem with it lies in the fact that it doesn't really have a point; it has no heart.
It feels like they just kind of made a movie without any real thought to how to make it a story worth telling.
