Review of Brave (2012) by Christopher O — 25 May 2013
A fresh take on Disney princesses with one as much brawn and brain as beauty. Pixar gives audiences a moral tale about bravery and it is beautifully drawn and acted by Kelly McDonald as Merida and also features great vocal work from Emma Thompson and Billy Connolly. The Scottish inspired score also is moving. Pixar sure knows how to tell good stories and this effort is no exception.
