Review of Brave (2012) by Norman D — 01 Jun 2013
Disappointingly predictable with far too much time on the ridiculous antics of the father and other Scottish chieftains. There was a lost opportunity to teach us something about medieval Scotland and aboutb the complex timelessness of mother-daughter conflicts.
Instead, it had all the emotional profundity of any teenager parent interaction.
