This is the most badly-designed DVD cover I've ever seen - reflects nothing of the film. Which is touching, funny, tragic, and very British. It's got beer. Ferrets. Pit closures. Emphysema. Attempted suicide.
Pigeons. And one of the most beautiful renditions of 'Orange Juice' played on the Flugel horn that you're ever likely to hear. If you watch the video clip, it might help to know that the meeting they are holding during the band rehearsal is the one where they reveal a long-term plan to close the pit.
