Review of Brassed Off (1996) by Amanda B — 19 Jun 2008
This was an excelent film based on a brass band from a small mining town in Yorkshire England. The mine clossed down but the miners in the band struggled against the odds to beat everyone in the battle of the brass band competition to win at the Albert Hall.
I have been to the town where it was filmed. It was a wonderful experience.
