Review of Branded to Kill (1967) by Noah R — 27 Jul 2008
Can't put it any better than Netflix: "Seijun Suzuki takes a cookie-cutter studio script and delivers this wildly perverse and visually inspired story." Emphasis on "visually inspired," that's what keeps it going.
Plus any movie involving a hitman who is aroused by the smell of boiled rice is something special in my book.
