Though hampered by unnecessary narration and unfinished special effects, Branded's gorgeous visuals, unpredictable plot and refreshing premise make it a breath of fresh air to cinemagoers inundated with advertising.
It's not a thriller, it's not a self-parody; it's a b-movie that doesn't take itself too seriously while still offering a serious message for those willing to listen. Could be forgotten in a week; could have a cult following in a year, but this reviewer would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a spot of cynicism.
