Reviewer Josh S expressed it well. If you feel this is a slow movie, or "anti-climactic," as someone else described, color yourself both fortunate and ignorant of the horrors of mental illness. I guarantee if you have known (or are) somebody with mental illness or declining mental state, this movie will be absolutely terrifying.

It's purpose was not to be "climactic." It was to tell a story. The most terrifying part of this is not the illness itself, but the fact that something very curable was moments away from sending her off to die in a psychiatric hospital. Consider the younger physicians "the tests say this/that" while the older physician relies more heavily on patient interaction and interview, then supplements that knowledge with testing. I applaud them bringing this to light.

Unfortunately, most people want their artificially climactic CSI:Miami show. It's great you all love the bullshit. For the rest of us, down on Earth, who have experienced some adversity in life, this is a great movie, and make sure you are ready for it before watching.
