More of a loving tribute than an unbiased documentary, Bra Boys gives some interesting insight while failing to make it totally believeable
..

Narrated solemnly by Russell Crowe, the film looks at the Australian surfer gang, specifically a group of brothers. It lovingly slices together real footage of surfing and fighting with interviews of its subjects. The good thing is we get a human side to the gang members, but we don't get anything that shows another view. It's like a Hallmark Card to a group of misguided youths..
