Powerful movie about the ghettos of LA. Fishburne plays a great role as the straight-laced dad of Cuba Gooding Jr. Ice Cube plays a typical NWA role, but a good one. It's funny to see how he has progressed (or digressed) as an actor, now doing mostly family films.
