Great acting, very intense and disturbing, I felt SO sorry for this tortured spirit, this person stuck in a limbo where s/he didn't know which way to go or which end was up, and got totally rejected for his/her confusion.
Tragic. Did I say great acting? A word of warning for the faint of heart - there is graphic language, full female nudity, explicit rape, not for anyone under about 18 or so.
