I couldn't finish this mess so if it suddenly became great cinema after an hour then forgive me. Here's my take on the 1st hour. If you think Uncle Milty in drag is the height of comedic achievement and you love the reality show COPs, but think what's missing is the fleshed-out backstory to these wonderful characters' lives then here is the perfect movie for you.
