What a great movie! I'm 44 but I will be 60+ someday (God willing) and I may yet be a widow - who knows? I'd like to believe that there will be groups and people out there like the Boynton Beach Bereavement Club should I arrive at that point in my life.

There were a few parts that made me laugh out loud but most of it was just a good story. If you're looking for a laugh riot or something to keep you on the edge of your seat with suspense or action.... keep looking. This isn't it. But it's a great movie to watch when you feel insecure about getting old and want to see the lighter, as well as the darker side of aging and being without your lifetime partner.

I'd love to see more movies like this. We NEED to see aging as a natural part of life to be embraced instead of shunned. Unfortunately storylines and movies of this genre are few and far between.

:::SPOILER::: When Harry tells Jack that sex with an older woman might be a little weird because you were used to the one you grew old with and you've never seen another older woman naked it made me think about that, for the first time. How strange and foreign must it be to find yourself looking at a new mature lover when you only saw the one person you had always loved and grown old with looking back at you through eyes of love? I'm thinking there are worse things than being old and single!
