Review of Boyhood (2014) by Mauricio V — 27 Aug 2015
I suppose it's a feat for Linklater to do what he did but unfortunately he loses his plot points half way through and it drifts into relying on high school level intellect and movie cliches. Everything falls into place too easily, and it's uninspiring.
Though maybe I also just can't relate to any of his childhood experience so I'm just sort of left scratching my head.
