Review of Boyhood (2014) by Jay M — 16 Mar 2015
There is a rare and particular film that upholds the power to change their viewers for forevermore. Richard Linklater's moving masterpiece is unparalleled and euphoric, compelling and subtle, with its idiosyncratic and one-of-a-kind, but seemingly insignificant, Lilliputian scenes, which actually tell an outstanding message: it is the seemingly small moments which truly affect us.
Whither you be in a tough situation in life or are affluent and happy, this film will infect your mind, your soul, your outlook.
