I did not know what to expect before watching this film. But after watching it, I gotta say I was extremely impressed! I've never seen anything like it before! It was so original & real! Never has there been a film that followed an actor as he/she grew over the course of 12 years & Linklater conveyed that the right way.
Terrific acting performances by Patricia Arquette & Ethan Hawk in the supporting roles as the parents!
