Review of Boyhood (2014) by Craig W — 29 Mar 2015

I liked the idea that they shot a bit each year for 12 years, so thought I'd give it a look.

For a long film it did pass reasonably quickly, I wouldn't describe it as boring but there wasn't a true story line as such, just a series of events, although I suppose that's representative of most peoples lives.

Cannot fault the acting or production. It just didn't really go anywhere so it was interesting but not outstanding or terribly memorable. Its not the sort of thing you'd watch twice.
