Review of Boy Interrupted (2009) by Mark F — 14 Jul 2011
A very well made documentary about a very sensitive topic. It speaks very deeply about an aspect of American society which is not discussed very often. Emotion would not let me take my eyes off the screen as my heart was filled with sorrow for a family who did their best and a boy who lost his life much too early. Evan and I were the same age and I could not help but feel a connection to him and I wish that I could have known him and somehow affected his life.
