Review of Boy A (2008) by Ian B — 11 Jan 2009
Boy A is an excellent but quiet film about a 24 yr old man released from prison from a brutal crime he committed 14 yrs earlier. The less you know about this one the better. The performances are outstanding, the storytelling tight.
It starts out a little slow, but quietly picks up speed as it asks if there really is such a thing as second chances.
