Review of Boy A (2008) by Hugo C — 21 Mar 2010
Andrew Garfield's performance of a life time makes you wonder: Can people forgive? Can they change? Will anybody let someone change or be forgiven? This movie answers most of this questions. It struck me right away with its first scene.
It doesn't show a man, it shows a boy-man, like almost if he was paused until this day when he gets a new chance and a new life. Through out the movie we can feel his pain, his anger; even on his voice there is something happening.
It's all about acting and paper. It's all about screenplay and the actor brought it all out!
