Review of Boy A (2008) by Roberto L — 11 Aug 2012
Boy A delivers a simple story yet a very powerful one. It may not rank as a landmark in movies, but it definitely shows Andrew Garfield's performance skills into the world, the mainstream world. No wonder why our new Spider-Man was the right choice.
Peter Mullan does a very good job as Garfield's father/father figure as well he delivered with a very strong performance that has to be applauded for.
For the last couple of weeks I've watching movies from the UK and let me tell you that they do know how to deliver good film to the worldwide audience.
Strong, simple, and powerfully acted, Boy A is without a doubt a must see for moviegoers.
