Taika Wakiti continues to grow on me. I've been a casual Flight of the Concord fan for a while but his last two features have been fantastic. While What We Do in the Shadows balanced it's off beatness with its heart this film balances it's heart with it off beatness with equally fantastic returns.
There's also some ten outta ten cinematography in this one, as well as some rather impressive acting by the main three actors considering two of them are children and the other is Taika Wakiti. Really strong four stars, will undoubtedly recommend repeatedly.
