Despite the potential miscasting of John Turturro, somehow this film still works. Sam Rockwell delivers the goods as his quirky character 'The Kid'. The film rolls along at a slow relaxed pace which may not suit the pallet of some however for me its still an enjoyable movie.
Who doesn't want to break away & enjoy a simpler life, even if only for a few weeks.
