Even if I am familiar with the main problems in this country, Michael Moore's films always open my eyes in new ways. He makes important films that Americans need to see, even if you don't agree with him.
He also did a good job of making Charlton Heston & Dick Clark look like shit; while making Marilyn Manson look like a saint.... the man is a fucking genius for puliing that off, no wonder he won an Oscar for it.
Bowling for Columbine is a movie everyone needs to see.
