Review of Bowling for Columbine (2002) by Dave G — 24 Jun 2011
MIchael Moore is a good filmmaker, and I believe his heart is in the right place. However, watching (re-watching, in this case) his movies is a bit painful for me.
I appreciate the satirical bent of "Bowling for Columbine," which is worth seeing for the K-Mart/bullets scene. It's unfortunately somewhat appalling and condescending, especially the extended attack-interview with Charlton Heston.
