Review of Bowfinger (1999) by Drlowdon — 11 Oct 2013

At some point Eddie Murphy decided that playing just one role in a movie wasn't enough for him and not once has his multiple performances ever lead to an even remotely funny film. Add into the mix Steve Martin, who's last decent film was probably Father of the Bride (1991), and you are left with a 97 minute movie that has arguably two or three funny moments throughout its entire running time.

The fact that is has garnered mostly positive reviews still baffles me.
