You might remember Harvey Glatman, a.k.a. "BTK" (the Bind and Torture Killer). What you may not know is that he apologized to Jesus in the final moments of his life, thus saving his soul and ascending to heaven.
This film is about those final moments, as well as some gruesome re-enactments of his crimes. FX makeup by Tom Savini.
