Review of Bound (1996) by Matt C — 04 Oct 2007
The famous lesbian sex scene is more famous than the taut, tense, noirish tale in Bound. Which saddens me, as this is a film shot two apartments for 90% of the runtime, with a plot full of so many hidden meanings and turns of pace that leaves you enchanted, an odd way to watch a thriller.
Throw in the Wachowski's instantly recognisable style of camera work and cinematographic shots, and you have a must watch film on your hands.
