Considering the Wachowski's primarily made this to prove their directing chops in order to get moolah for The Matrix, I'd put this film way higher than said pseudo-philosophical sci-fi gubbins in the cinepile.
Visually stunning, brilliantly acted and twisty of plot, this neo noir pits two smokin' hot lesbians in the form of Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly against the mob, in the form of Joey Pants. What's not to like? Fuckiing brilliant!
