Nothing I love more than a film about redemption, one trying to redeem himself for a tragic and heartbreaking mistake, overcoming obstacles to reach some state of happiness or contentment. Although the premise implies otherwise, this is not one of those movies.
It's actually a little creepy the way this movie sets up the romance. Affleck is horribly miscast, little a blank slate when a real actor who have emoted a little something. Paltrow was excellent though, really bought her character and her emotional arc.
Horrible title too, Bounce? You're kidding right?
