Maybe if I liked wine, I might have appreciated this drama more. However, I don't like wine, and I found this chronicle of the 1976 "Judgment of Paris" dull whenever Alan Rickman wasn't onscreen.
I don't know much about the true story, but I can't imagine it contained as many clichés as this movie does.
