Review of Bottle Shock (2008) by Lauri L — 20 Aug 2010
Beautiful movie, great cinematography, good actors, okay writing, and awfully predictable plot. You can't always make a true story into a great movie, but the setting in the seventies and the juxtaposition of French high society, a yuppie farmer, and Californian hippies made it quite entertaining.
I thought this film was a documentary when picking it, and was pleasantly surprised to see several of my favorite TV actors mixed in.
