Review of Bottle Shock (2008) by Sona K — 29 Jun 2012
Alan Rickman is at his usual best though the film fails to weave together the two worlds it takes place in. Lighting and cinematography during the scenes in America are hot and beautiful with the aid of a Rickman narration.
One major flaw of the film includes attractive people pouting over not sleeping with one another. This awkward combination with overly dramatic serious scenes and Rickman's comedic performance creates a confusing story that should be more inspiring.
