A very enjoyable film, clearly Anderson's first, but one that includes a lot of the elements that make him a premium director. The Wilson brothers are excellent here, both in acting and in writing.
This is a fascinating character study, though much lighter on the symbolism compared to Anderson's usual fare. A strong recommendation.
