Review of Born into Brothels: Calcutta's Red Light Kids (2004) by Cherry P — 11 Jun 2008
Thought-provoking and heart-breaking. The world is stacked against these children from the day they are born. Mountains have to be moved to give them even a fighting chance at a normal life. I highly recommend this film, but be prepared to see and learn from the brutal truth.
Only fairy tales end with "happily ever after".
