Review of Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (2006) by Tonyb — 29 Nov 2006
I really feel sorry for those people who say this highly overated claptrap is the funniest film they've ever seen. To think of all the great comedies they've missed is quite sad. I wish I could have seen "Borat" with some of the critics who have gone so hysterically overboard in praising its very limited virtues so that I could get some sense of what they found so hilarious.
Mr. Cohen is a most unappealing individual who should be quite grateful for his undeserved success, and Mr. Charles does infinitely better work on "Curb Your Enthusiasm.
