Review of Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 (2000) by James B — 04 Jan 2010

Owww...Owwwwww...owwwww...That was....very very painful. Ok first lets get the bad out of the way. OH MY GOD THE ACTORS SUCK. Not only did 95% look like they just did it for the paycheck but they acted like the people in the really bad youtube videos do (except a few of the actors.

..one). Then the fourth wall is broken 976 times. Next it didn't have the same element as the first movie sort of like they knew they couldn't top it so they said fuck it who cares. Plus it didn't have they same feel.

not only in the documentary sense but it didn't deliver any atmosphere or anything despite having a goth and a "natur worshipper" (yeah btw that is true that star isn't devil worship see: the Da Vinci Code).

Now for the good...the only good. It DID manage to scare me occasionaly sometimes something jumps out unexpected but then it came so often it was expected! Plus the whole movie is one giant wink since they're already doing the police interviews it doesn't create any suspense.

Plus it ended on goddamn cliffhanger trust me I love cliffhangers AS LONG AS THEY RESOLVE THE PLOT FOR THAT MOVIE FIRST. So now not only will I see the next one (why do I torture myself) but I have to leave this review incomplete.

Well based on this one alone it sucked...sucked witch sticks. My recomendation? Skip it. 1 BWP hat out of five.
