I don't remember seeing the first installment. Anyway, this is a decent B-movie. Despite the highly implausible plot features such as the hospital lock-down and medical files conveniently in an unsecured location, it was a better-than-average low buget horror flick.
If the choice was to watch this or some other fake looking B-crap for .99 cents, then this is definitely worth the money.
