Review of Bonnie and Clyde (1967) by Jeffrey C — 03 Aug 2010
Bonnie and Clyde is about a group of bank robbers and how they must run from the law and rob banks, and also it is a love story between the two protagonists, Bonnie and Clyde. This film is slow at time and has many plot holes, such as where do they get their wide repertoire or guns and explosives.
Also, there is quite a bit of overacting and some unrealistic things happen, mostly in the beginning. An example of this is how Bonnie just throws herself on Clyde the first time they meet and I understand how she likes the life of living dangerously but how quickly she went on him does not make sense.
I enjoyed the ending very much and it is a good thriller which paved the path for many to follow in its footsteps, it is definitely worth the watch for lovers of thrillers or those interested in film history.
