Review of Bonnie and Clyde (1967) by Brent F — 02 Oct 2008
Holy Hell this film is sweet. Influenced tremendously by French New Wave sensibilities (It was originally offered to Truffaut. Heh.) and launched Hollywood into a new era, paving the way for the likes of Scorsese and Coppola and a whole host of brilliant films.
Anyone ever says that movies today are too violent, tell them they're stupid and show them Bonnie and Clyde.
