Review of Bonnie and Clyde (1967) by Shantel D — 08 Sep 2010
The only bad thing I can say about this movie is that I wished for Blanche (Estelle Parsons) would have taken a bullet early on. She has one of those voices... and she just wouldn't shut up. Other than that tiny detail, this was highly entertaining and the acting was wonderful.
.. and the beautiful faces of Beatty and Dunaway should not go without mention. Gene Wilder was a surprise to me, as I did not know he was in this, and he added a very subtle bit of comic relief. Everyone should see this film; they just don't make them like they used to.
