Review of Bonnie and Clyde (1967) by Cynthia N — 13 Sep 2013
One of my all-time favorite films - classic. With a powerhouse cast including, at that time, an unknown Gene Wilder, this film is a mainstay in my library. Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway are fabulous together as the well-dressed thieves and killers.
Once you've seen this film, you can never forget Blanche (Estelle Parsons) running and screaming down the street as the gang are escaping from the cops, with a spatula/turner in her hand. By the way, she won an Academy Award for her performance.
